Fabian offers something genuinely unique in New Zealand — a weaving of ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release with his training and experience as a qualified narrative counsellor.

ConTact C.A.R.E for mental health

For clients where the body and mind feel deeply connected in what they’re carrying, this integrated approach offers a different kind of support: one that listens to both. Drawing on his years of experience working with adults and young people on their mental health journeys, and his final-year ConTact C.A.R.E practitioner training, Fabian works with clients for whom conventional talk-based or body-based approaches alone haven’t quite been enough. His narrative counselling training brings a distinct and complementary lens to the work (Master of Counselling with First Class Honours, University of Waikato; MNZAC accredited; Te Whatu Ora recognised).
